Paid media is the only channel where you can buy demand today and know tomorrow what it cost. The job is not traffic — it is cost per qualified lead, and then cost per closed deal. Everything else is a vanity number.
Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Performance Max, Shopping feeds via Merchant Center
Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads
DV360, StackAdapt, connected TV, retargeting pools
GA4, server-side GTM, enhanced conversions, offline conversion import from the CRM
Unbounce, Instapage, native builds, VWO and GA4 experiments
CallRail, Twilio, dynamic number insertion
If it has an API we have probably already wired it. If it does not, we will tell you before you buy it.
Closed-won deals are pushed back as offline conversions so the bidding algorithm optimises to revenue, not form fills.
Offline conversion importPhone calls over sixty seconds from paid clicks are counted, recorded and attributed to keyword.
CallRail + GA4Product data cleaned, enriched and pushed to Merchant Center on a schedule, with disapproval alerts.
Feed engineOne table across Google, Meta and LinkedIn, in dollars and leads, in Slack every morning.
API rollupBelow roughly $2,000 a month in a competitive category you are buying data, not results. We will tell you if your budget is too small before you spend it.
No. You pay the platforms directly on your own card, and we invoice management separately. You can see every dollar.
You do. Always. We work inside your Google and Meta accounts, never a reseller shell.
Search can produce leads in week one. Social and programmatic need two to four weeks to exit learning. CRO compounds after that.

See the page →Every answer engine builds its index differently. We track them separately, because they behave separately.

Four algorithm eras. This is the fifth. We know which parts matter and which parts are noise, because we were here for the last four times everyone said search was dead.
We're not yes-people. We're going to do what's good for your brand.
Twenty minutes. What you are trying to hit, by when, what is in the way.
Read-only. Analytics, Search Console, the CMS. We look before we talk.
Where you appear today across every answer engine. Yours either way.
Written, itemised, assumptions listed so you can argue with them.
Within a week of signature. You own every account.

Most accounts we inherit are not broken at the bid level. They are broken at the measurement level. So we start there and work outward.
Google Ads on its own is a spend button. It becomes a system when the data goes both directions. Here is the integration surface we build most often.
| Connects to | What moves | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| GA4 | Conversion events, audiences, engaged-session and landing page data | One definition of a conversion across analytics and ads, so the two reports stop disagreeing |
| HubSpot | GCLID captured on the form, then closed-won stage and deal value returned as an offline conversion | Smart Bidding optimises toward revenue rather than raw leads |
| Salesforce | Opportunity stage, amount and lost reason mapped back to campaign and keyword | Long sales cycles finally get attributed to the campaign that started them |
| Shopify | Product catalogue, purchase value, first-order versus repeat flags | Shopping and Performance Max bid on margin, not on gross revenue |
| Looker Studio | Blended spend, leads, pipeline and revenue in one view | The weekly number stops being three screenshots stitched together |
| n8n | Budget pacing checks, anomaly alerts, lead routing to owners | Nobody discovers a stalled campaign eleven days later |
| Slack | Disapproval, budget-cap and conversion-drop alerts | Problems surface in the channel where someone can act on them |
Double-counted conversions. The same lead is recorded as a Google Ads conversion, a GA4 key event imported into Google Ads, and a Tag Manager form-submit trigger. Bidding then chases a number that does not exist. The fix is a single primary conversion per outcome and everything else set to secondary.
API quota, hit at the worst time. Teams that build their own bulk tooling run into access-level limits. Google publishes them plainly: Explorer access allows 2,880 API operations per day against production accounts, while Basic access allows 15,000 per day, with a ceiling of 10,000 mutate operations per request. A nightly sync built without checking this fails silently in month three.
Bidding higher and expecting position. Google is explicit that the auction is not a bid ladder: “Even if your competition bids higher than you, you can still win a higher position, at a lower price, with high-quality ads and landing pages”. Ad Rank includes bid, ad quality, landing page experience, thresholds, context and format impact. Raising the bid is the most expensive of those six levers.
Performance Max as a black box. Teams launch it with no brand exclusions, no audience signals, no asset group structure and no feed discipline, then cannot explain where the money went. It works, but only when it is fenced.
Tack engagements start at $5,000 a month. What moves the number: how many accounts and countries, whether Shopping and a product feed are involved, whether we build the CRM connection, and whether creative and landing pages are in scope.
Google Ads itself has no subscription tier. It is an auction: you pay per click or per action, and Google states that position is decided by Ad Rank rather than by bid alone. Media spend is billed by Google to your card, not to us, and it sits outside the retainer. For most of the businesses we work with, a meaningful Google Ads test starts somewhere north of $5,000 a month in media on top of the retainer, but that figure is a function of your market’s cost per click, not a Google rule.
You do. It sits under your billing and your Google account. We take manager access. If the relationship ends, we remove ourselves and nothing moves. We will not build an account inside a Tack-owned shell that you cannot take with you.
Yes, and we document for that outcome from day one. Naming conventions, the conversion map, the tracking spec and the automation logic are all written down. That is the point of treating this as a marketing system rather than a service you rent.
Usually. If the account has spend history worth keeping we rebuild inside it rather than starting fresh, because conversion history feeds Smart Bidding. We only start clean when the tracking is unsalvageable.
Then we will tell you honestly whether the account needs replacing or just needs the measurement fixed. Plenty of accounts are being managed competently and reporting into a broken conversion setup, and that is a cheaper problem to solve.
Yes. Tack are AI integrators, not trainers. Lead routing, alerting and CRM write-back are built as part of our automation and AI work, not sold as a separate project.
Google Ads rewards the account with the cleanest measurement, not the biggest bid. Fix conversion tracking, feed real revenue back into the platform, and the same spend produces a different result. That is the order we work in.
If you want a second opinion on an account you are already spending on, book a call with a Tack expert or phone 310-620-1141. Bring read access and we will tell you what we would change in the first thirty days.
Twenty minutes, no deck. Tell us what you're trying to hit and we'll tell you straight whether we're the right team for it.
