Four algorithm eras. This is the fifth. We know which parts matter and which parts are noise, because we were here for the last four times everyone said search was dead.

| Connects to | What moves | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| HubSpot | Contact and deal context in; summaries, next-step drafts and enriched fields back | Reps open a record that already has the thinking done |
| Salesforce | Case and opportunity data in; drafted responses and classifications back | Triage happens before a human touches the queue |
| n8n | Every call to Claude, wrapped in a workflow with error handling and retries | Orchestration lives somewhere auditable instead of in code nobody owns |
| Slack | Drafts posted for approval; approvals sent back as the trigger to act | The review gate sits where the team already works |
| WordPress | Content briefs, metadata, internal link suggestions via the REST API | Publishing gets faster without losing editorial control |
| Klaviyo | Segment definitions and variant copy out; engagement data back as input | Lifecycle messaging stops being written once and forgotten |
| Looker Studio | Written commentary generated against the week’s numbers | The dashboard explains itself instead of waiting for an analyst |
Nobody costed the thing before building it. As of 26 August 2026, Anthropic publishes Claude Opus 5 at $5 per million input tokens and $25 per million output, Sonnet 5 at $2 and $10, and Haiku 4.5 at $1 and $5, with the Batch API at a 50% discount and cache reads billed at 0.1x the base input rate. A pilot that costs eleven dollars a month becomes a four-figure line item at production volume if every request re-sends the same 40,000-token system prompt uncached. Anthropic revises pricing, so confirm before you budget.
Rate limits are hit in production, never in testing. Anthropic’s API tiers carry both throughput and spend caps. As of 26 August 2026, the Start tier caps monthly spend at $500 with 1,000 requests per minute, Build at $1,000, and Scale at $200,000. Usefully, cached input tokens do not count toward the input-tokens-per-minute limit on most models, which means a caching strategy buys throughput as well as savings. Hit the spend cap and access pauses until the first of the next month.
Confusion about what happens to the data. This question stops more deployments than any technical problem. Anthropic states that by default it will not use inputs or outputs from its commercial products to train its models, with training occurring only where a customer explicitly submits feedback. That is a different posture from a consumer chat subscription, and it is why we build on the API and put the answer in writing before legal asks.
Automating an action that needed a human. The failure is not a wrong sentence. It is a wrong sentence sent to a customer, or a CRM field overwritten across four thousand records. We scope which actions are reversible, and the irreversible ones get a review step.
Tack Media engagements start at $5,000 a month. What moves the number: how many systems Claude has to touch, whether an MCP server has to be built and hosted, how much of your content needs indexing, whether the output needs regulated review, and how much ongoing operation you want us to own.
Model usage is billed separately by Anthropic and stays on your account. The rates above are as of 26 August 2026 and Anthropic changes them, so our cost model is rebuilt at every renewal. See how we scope this on our automation and AI services page and on AI agent development.
No. We are integrators, not trainers. We connect the existing model to your systems and ground it with retrieval over your own documents. That gets the same outcome most people mean by “train it on our stuff”, without a training run or the governance that comes with one.
You do. The Anthropic account is yours and billed to you. Prompts, tools, connectors and workflows are documented and handed over. If we part ways, you keep a working system, not a black box.
Yes, and some clients should. We document as we go and run a handover with your engineers. We would rather be the team that built it well than the team you cannot leave.
Usually. If you already have Claude in the business through a subscription, we build the integration layer around it. If you already run automation in Zapier or Make, we can start there rather than moving everything at once.
Fine. We build with both and pick per task. See the ChatGPT integration page. Model choice is an implementation detail. The integration work and the review gates decide whether it holds up.
Claude becomes a business asset when it is wired into the systems where work already happens, with costs modelled, limits respected and a human on the irreversible actions. A chat window is not that. The integration is the job.
For a straight assessment of which workflows are worth automating, book a call with a Tack Media expert or phone 310-620-1141. We will tell you if the answer is no.
Twenty minutes, no deck. Tell us what you're trying to hit and we'll tell you straight whether we're the right team for it.
