Automation, AI & Infrastructure

The failure pattern is always the same: a tool gets bought, nobody owns it, and six months later it is a login nobody uses.

The short answer

The failure pattern is always the same: a tool gets bought, nobody owns it, and six months later it is a login nobody uses. We integrate into the stack you already have rather than adding another platform, we instrument it so you can see whether it is working, and we keep ownership after go-live. AI.

We say what we do.
We do what we say.
No scope that quietly grows. No report that hides the bad week.
What it involves

What this actually involves.

Everything below is scoped, priced and owned by you. Nothing is a black box.

01

Audit first

Read-only access to analytics, Search Console and the CMS. We look before we talk.

02

Written scope

Itemised, with the assumptions listed so you can argue with them.

03

Senior operators

The people on the call are the people doing the work.

04

You own everything

Every account, every asset, from day one. No hostage-taking.

05

Weekly reporting

In dollars and pipeline, not impressions.

06

No lock-in

Sixteen years of clients who stayed is the only proof worth anything.

In plain language

What this actually means.

AI integration means wiring a language model into the systems your business already runs on — your CRM, your phone line, your inbox, your ticket queue — so it does a specific job with your data, under your rules. It is not a chatbot bolted onto a website. It is a process that used to need a person, running against your records, with a log of every decision.

What it is built with

The actual stack.
Named, not implied.

Models

OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Meta Llama, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock

Retrieval

Pinecone, Weaviate, Postgres pgvector, LlamaIndex, embeddings over your own documents

Orchestration

LangChain, Vercel AI SDK, Model Context Protocol, n8n, Make, Zapier

Voice

Twilio Voice, Vapi, Retell, Whisper transcription, ElevenLabs speech

Runtime

AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Run, Vercel, Supabase Edge Functions

Guardrails

Prompt versioning, eval sets, human-in-the-loop approval, full audit logging

What it connects to

Tools and apps we integrate with.

If it has an API we have probably already wired it. If it does not, we will tell you before you buy it.

The kinds of integrations we build

Concrete, not conceptual.

01

Inbound call → CRM

An AI receptionist answers, qualifies, books into Calendly and writes the deal into HubSpot with a transcript attached.

Twilio + Claude + HubSpot
02

Form fill → routed lead

Every submission is enriched, scored against your ICP and routed to the right rep in under ten seconds.

Webhook + n8n + Salesforce
03

Inbox → ticket

Support mail is classified, drafted and queued for one-click send. Humans approve, the model does the typing.

Gmail API + Zendesk
04

Documents → structured data

Contracts, invoices and intake forms become rows. No re-keying, no offshore data entry.

Vision model + Airtable
05

Quote request → priced proposal

Pulls live pricing and past deals, drafts the proposal, flags anything outside policy for a human.

pgvector + Stripe + PandaDoc
06

Reviews → replies

Drafts an on-brand response to every Google and Yelp review, holds anything under three stars for you.

Questions people actually ask

Straight answers.
Including the price ones.

What does an AI integration actually cost to run?

Two numbers: the build, and the monthly token and platform spend. Most of what we ship runs between $30 and $400 a month in model costs. We show you the per-transaction cost before you approve the build, not after.

Do you use our data to train a model?

No. We use retrieval, not fine-tuning, for almost everything — your data stays in your database and is passed to the model at question time. Enterprise API tiers at OpenAI, Anthropic and Google contractually exclude your inputs from training.

What happens when the model gets it wrong?

Anything that costs money or touches a customer goes through an approval step until it has earned the right not to. Every run is logged with its inputs, its output and who approved it.

How long does a first integration take?

Two to six weeks for a single workflow, depending on how clean the source system is. The bottleneck is never the model — it is your data.

Do we own it?

Yes. Your accounts, your API keys, your repository, from day one. If you fire us the thing keeps running.

Where we measure it

Visibility isn't one place any more.

Every answer engine builds its index differently. We track them separately, because they behave separately.

AI made us faster.
It didn't make us new.
Why us, not the next one

We've been doing search
since 2009.

Four algorithm eras. This is the fifth. We know which parts matter and which parts are noise, because we were here for the last four times everyone said search was dead.

We're not yes-people. We're going to do what's good for your brand.

How it starts

No deck. No mystery number.

01

Fit call

Twenty minutes. What you are trying to hit, by when, what is in the way.

02

Access

Read-only. Analytics, Search Console, the CMS. We look before we talk.

03

Findings

Where you appear today across every answer engine. Yours either way.

04

Scope

Written, itemised, assumptions listed so you can argue with them.

05

Start

Within a week of signature. You own every account.

Automation, AI & Infrastructure

AI belongs in the parts of marketing that are repetitive, high-volume and low-judgement: routing, qualification, follow-up, reporting and first-draft production. Tack Media are integrators, not trainers. We wire AI into the systems you already run, then hold it to the same numbers as everything else.

FAQ’s

We integrate into the stack you already have rather than adding another platform, we instrument it so you can see whether it is working, and we keep ownership after go-live. AI is a tool. We are the ones who know how to use it.

No. In almost every case we integrate with what you run today. A new platform is a cost and a migration, and it is rarely the actual constraint.

Anywhere the work is repetitive, high-volume and low-judgement. Routing, qualification, follow-up sequences, reporting, first drafts. Not positioning, not pricing, not the client relationship.

Every automation reports into the same measurement framework as paid and organic. If it is not moving a number we agreed on, we turn it off.

Yes. Ongoing support is a named service, not an afterthought. Systems without an owner decay.

You have a team. We have the specialists you are missing.
