Golf Tournament Video Production
The short answer

Golf tournament video production is full-event coverage of a golf tournament: registration, shotgun start, play, hospitality, awards and sponsor moments. Tack Media produces the recap film, sponsor-specific edits and the social content, so organisers have proof of delivery for every partner on the sheet.

Every sponsor gets their own cut.
That’s how you sell next year.
Built, staffed and run by our own crew. No sub-contracted no-shows.
What it involves

Coverage from first tee to trophy.

We shoot the event and the sponsorship at the same time, because they are the same twelve hours.

01

Full Event Coverage

Registration, shotgun, play, hospitality, awards.

02

Sponsor-Specific Edits

A dedicated cut per partner, with their signage and moment.

03

Recap Film

Two to three minutes. The asset that sells next year’s field.

04

Player Interviews

Short, warm, on-brand. No awkward held mic.

05

Charity Storytelling

The beneficiary’s story, told properly, for the donation ask.

06

Same-Week Delivery

Posted while people still remember playing.

In plain language

What this actually means.

An activation is a booth or a course that produces content and captured leads, not just a photo op. The measure is qualified conversations per day and usable footage per hour — booked, staffed, shot and delivered by one team.

Tools and apps we integrate with.

If it has an API we have probably already wired it. If it does not, we will tell you before you buy it.

The kinds of integrations we build

Concrete, not conceptual.

01

Booth → CRM

Every scan and kiosk entry lands in your CRM tagged by event, station and rep before the show closes.

Kiosk + HubSpot
02

Shoot → social

Vertical cutdowns from the floor posted the same day, while the audience is still in the building.

Resolve + scheduler
03

Leaderboard → email

Simulator scores drive a live leaderboard and a follow-up sequence to everyone who played.

Questions people actually ask

Straight answers.
Including the price ones.

What does a convention activation cost?

Simulator rental with staffing typically runs $4,500 to $12,000 for a three-day show depending on rig count, plus capture crew if you want content out of it. We quote itemised, not as one number.

How early do we need to book?

Six to eight weeks for LA Convention Center and Anaheim during peak season. Drayage and electrical deadlines are what actually bind, not our calendar.

Do you handle the permits and the union labour?

We handle the plan and the paperwork and tell you exactly which line items the venue will force. We do not pretend union rules are optional.

Where we measure it

Visibility isn't one place any more.

Every answer engine builds its index differently. We track them separately, because they behave separately.

AI made us faster.
It didn't make us new.
Why us, not the next one

We've been doing search
since 2009.

Four algorithm eras. This is the fifth. We know which parts matter and which parts are noise, because we were here for the last four times everyone said search was dead.

We're not yes-people. We're going to do what's good for your brand.

How it starts

No deck. No mystery number.

01

Fit call

Twenty minutes. What you are trying to hit, by when, what is in the way.

02

Access

Read-only. Analytics, Search Console, the CMS. We look before we talk.

03

Findings

Where you appear today across every answer engine. Yours either way.

04

Scope

Written, itemised, assumptions listed so you can argue with them.

05

Start

Within a week of signature. You own every account.

We lock in.
We scope.
We got you.

Twenty minutes, no deck. Tell us what you're trying to hit and we'll tell you straight whether we're the right team for it.
