Convention Golf Setups & Putting Greens
The short answer

A convention golf setup is a compact putting green, chipping net or launch-monitor station built inside a trade show booth. It draws the same crowd as a full simulator in a fraction of the footprint, loads in under an hour, and captures a lead from every attendee who plays.

What it involves

Small footprint, same queue.

When a full simulator bay does not fit the space or the budget, this does.

01

Custom Putting Greens

Contoured turf sized and shaped to your booth.

02

Chipping Nets

Target scoring in as little as eight feet of run-up.

03

Launch Monitors

Real ball-speed and carry numbers. Golfers will stop for that.

04

Closest-to-Pin Contest

Daily prize, running leaderboard, reason to return.

05

One-Hour Load-In

Fits tight venue windows and short setup days.

06

Staff & Capture

Hosted and scored, with entry tied to a lead form.

In plain language

What this actually means.

An activation is a booth or a course that produces content and captured leads, not just a photo op. The measure is qualified conversations per day and usable footage per hour — booked, staffed, shot and delivered by one team.

What it is built with

The actual stack.
Named, not implied.

Simulators

Full Swing, TrackMan, Foresight GCQuad, SkyTrak, racing rigs on direct-drive wheelbases

Capture

Sony FX3 and FX6, DJI gimbals, Mavic 3 drone where airspace allows, Rode and Sennheiser audio

Live

ATEM Mini Extreme, vMix, bonded cellular uplink, YouTube and LinkedIn simulcast

Lead capture

Tablet kiosk, QR to a booking page, badge scan export

Post

Same-day vertical cutdowns, DaVinci Resolve and Premiere, delivery inside 24 hours

What it connects to

Tools and apps we integrate with.

If it has an API we have probably already wired it. If it does not, we will tell you before you buy it.

The kinds of integrations we build

Concrete, not conceptual.

01

Booth → CRM

Every scan and kiosk entry lands in your CRM tagged by event, station and rep before the show closes.

Kiosk + HubSpot
02

Shoot → social

Vertical cutdowns from the floor posted the same day, while the audience is still in the building.

Resolve + scheduler
03

Leaderboard → email

Simulator scores drive a live leaderboard and a follow-up sequence to everyone who played.

Questions people actually ask

Straight answers.
Including the price ones.

What does a convention activation cost?

Simulator rental with staffing typically runs $4,500 to $12,000 for a three-day show depending on rig count, plus capture crew if you want content out of it. We quote itemised, not as one number.

How early do we need to book?

Six to eight weeks for LA Convention Center and Anaheim during peak season. Drayage and electrical deadlines are what actually bind, not our calendar.

Do you handle the permits and the union labour?

We handle the plan and the paperwork and tell you exactly which line items the venue will force. We do not pretend union rules are optional.

Visibility isn't one place any more.

Every answer engine builds its index differently. We track them separately, because they behave separately.

Why us, not the next one

We've been doing search
since 2009.

Four algorithm eras. This is the fifth. We know which parts matter and which parts are noise, because we were here for the last four times everyone said search was dead.

We're not yes-people. We're going to do what's good for your brand.

How it starts

No deck. No mystery number.

01

Twenty minutes. What you are trying to hit, by when, what is in the way.
